As of June 2022, we have the following destructions of the critically important infrastructure:
- Buildings on the city budget – 6 buildings – (2 secondary schools, a preschool/daycare facility, family medicine outpatient clinic, group home for orphaned children, sports center);
- Water supply and sewage systems – 1 water pumping station;
- Heat supply and hot water supply systems – 1 communal boiler and 1682 damaged meters of running heat supply networks.
- Housing needs for 495 residents (repair of damaged/destroyed housing), and 13 residents need full replacement/temporary housing.
The preliminary estimates show that the cost of reconstruction projects amounts to:
– The community boiler facility and the heat supply system has 127 м² of damaged windows, 1682 damaged meters thermal insulation of the above-ground heating system, estimated cost of recovery – 1 350 000 UAH (about $45,370) ;
– Water pump station – damaged deep well pump МР617-13 6* 16 m3 107 m 7.5 kW, cost 60 000 UAH (about $2,016);
– Secondary school №17, damaged 890 м² of windows, 8 doors, 400 м² of roof, interior finishing, estimated cost of recovery – 4 320 000 UAH (about $145,184);
– Secondary school №14, damaged 32 м² of windows, estimated cost of recovery – 125 000 UAH (about $4,200);
– Preschool №25, damaged 150 м² of windows, 4 doors, 500 м² of roof, estimated cost of recovery – 970 000 UAH (about $32,599);
– City Recreation Center Sports Hall “Sports for All”, damaged 40 м² of windows, 250 м² of roof, interior finishing, estimated cost of recovery – 350 000 UAH (about $11,762);
– Family Medicine Outpatient Clinic №6, damaged 15 м² of windows, estimated cost of recovery – 48 800 UAH (about $1,640);
– Administrative building of a public utility company «КК Pivnichna», damaged 5 м² of windows, 25 м² of roof, estimated cost of recovery – 45 000 UAH (about $1,512);
– Group home for orphaned children, damaged 15 м² of windows, estimated cost of recovery – 50 000 UAH (about $1,680);
At present, 24 damaged apartment buildings have been recorded as a result of citizens’ appeals. Damaged roof – 800м², estimated cost of recovery – 900 000 UAH (about $30,246), damaged and knocked out windows – 1150м², estimated cost of recovery – 4 600 000 UAH (about $154,594).
